Fountain Park Hotel BW Signature Collection, Fountain Hills

The hotel had some cleanliness issues in the rooms with food trays and garbage left outside overnight, along with warm water and broken lamps lacking bulbs. Despite this, the rooms were clean and had all necessary amenities, albeit lacking charm. The service was inconsistent, failing to address complaints promptly, but offering a second room when needed. The location was very nice and quiet, convenient for crossing to Fountain Lake, and had a refurbished and inviting feel. The dining experience was subpar with limited options and an average quality grab-and-go concept. The hotel provided basic facilities.

I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a jacuzzi suite at no extra charge. The rooms, although showing some wear, were mostly clean, but the dark lighting and worn bedding were a downside. The service was lacking warmth and there were issues with promised amenities. The location was excellent for exploring with beautiful mountain views. The dining options were limited, but the homemade ice cream was a nice touch.

Staying in the suite was a delightful experience with comfortable and clean rooms, although the missing bathroom light fixture was a downside. The service was overall friendly and committed to making my stay memorable, but encountered some issues when the hotel was mistakenly booked twice. The location across from Fountain Park was ideal, allowing easy access to restaurants and other amenities. The dining experience, though impacted by remodeling work, was passable. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
